We process all orders within 2days and ship within the next 12 hours.
It would take 1-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5-10 working days for East Malaysia to arrive after we have shipped your parcel.
For security purposes, we do not deliver to P.O. Box address.
If you are not available to take delivery, courier service may leave a card giving you instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.
Bounced Parcel
We will contact customer via email if we receive bounced parcel.
Additional postage fee for re-delivery purpose will be borne by buyer if the parcel is bounced back to us.
Parcel will be arranged for re-delivery after we have received payment.
MIYACO reserves the right to decline any request to combine the bounced back parcels with any new orders.
Any unclaimed bounced back parcels after 90 days grace period will be forfeited.
MIYACO shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of late delivery.
MIYACO will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the goods during carriage or delivery to the nominated address of the customer.
