MIYACO provides returns for all items except :-

  • Accessories / Leggings/ Lingerie  are non-returnable due to hygiene purpose.
  • Items specifically stated non-returnable.
  • Sale / discounted items are non-returnable.

We advised all items are hand washed and not soaked.If color runs due to improper care, the item(s) will strictly not be returnable. 

Items sold more than 40% discount are clearance items and are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable.

If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, you may return clothing with invoice to us within 10 days of receipt (Based on Courier delivery records).

The return and exchange shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.

A Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), minus the exchange shipping cost, will be issued. The exchange shipping cost RM8 for West Malaysia / RM15 for East Malaysia will be deducted directly from the Store Credit. You will be entitled to one-time free shipping on your next order. There are strictly NO CASH REFUNDS.

Any used reward points or discount code for the returned order will be voided and not reusable.

Only one-time return is allowed per order.

All subsequent purchase using Store Credit are NOT ENTITLED for return, even if the new order includes a top-up payment

Items that have been purchased using a voucher(s) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for refunds. However, the refunded amount will be pro-rated based on the voucher amount. The voucher amount will be deducted from the total store credit. This applies to all products including bundled or promotional items.

To be eligible for a return, Items must be in original condition ( tag intact,unwashed, unworn, unaltered and free of odours).

 

Return Instructions

1) You may submit your return request by contact us through Whatsapp no. +6010-5133557, our team will get back to you soon.

2) You may return the items with invoice to us  after you have received a confirmation email from us. Reprint invoice on your website account if you lost it.

3) Kindly provide us tracking number once you have posted out parcel within 10 days from the day you received it (Based on courier delivery records).

4) You will receive an email with a store credit after we have processed parcel.

Incorrect / Defective Item

We do our best to inspect the items before mailing to ensure you receive your parcel in good condition.

We apologize if we have sent you an incorrect / defective items. The exchange shipping cost of RM8 for Peninsular Malaysia / RM15 for East Malaysia will be paid by us. You'll get full amount refund in Store Credit.

All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.

However, if the item is no longer available for exchange, a store credit will be issued. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.

* Returns can only be done if the item(s) is in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, or unaltered, completely free of fragrance). It will take approximately 2 working days to process.

Please take a snapshot & provide us the details of the incorrect / defective item received and email us directly at admin@miyaco.com.

 

Products / Reasons not considered as defect:-

  • There may be 1 - 3cm differences in our given measurements due to different stretch quality of the material.
  • The color of the item(s) may vary due to computer screen calibration and studio lighting.
  • For printed items, the prints may vary due to the cut of fabric.
  • Items with minor imperfections ( loose thread, slight stains, etc. )
  • Items damage due to self-inflicted( scissor or penknife cut ).

MIYACO will not have responsibility for returned parcels until they reach our side. We advise you mail the parcel back to us via express courier and retain the receipt and tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel.

MIYACO will not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit or additional taxes incurred for return parcels.

MIYACO will not responsible for color dafing, size shrinking after washing, we advise all items be hand-washed and not soaked.

MIYACO reserves the rights to amend any of the policies above.
